Virtual Reality (VR)

Verizon Store Robbery
 
Challenged with providing training to help with critical thinking during stressful situations, Verizon looked to VR for help. To design a  course that provided the right training while keeping employees safe was achieved through 360 video. This resulted in employees feeling better prepared and confident about handling a similar situation in real life.

OncoBitez Empathy Training

When helping people understand the challenges of life, VR is a powerful tool. Providing nurses, oncologist, and care takers a chance to experience the point of view of the patient can help increase empathy while providing them education on how to better help their  patients. VR training provided an immersive tool to help OncoBitez increase product awareness as well as  increasing empathy.

CropLife International VR Training

CropLife delivers essential trading for farmers around the world. Their training is essential to the livelihood of the farmers and food supply chains for areas around the globe. When challenged with the need to providea better understanding of the consequences of incorrect use of PPE and pesticides, CropLife turned to VR to increase knowledge, comprehension, and immersion.

Augmented Reality (AR)

Verizon Smart Glass Deployment

Working to ensure safety while still providing information and assistance in a hands-free environment. Verizon deployed smart glasses to empower their employees by giving them access to the resources they needed in their moment of need.

Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Operations

Maintaining a fleet of aircraft is a complex task involving the MRO, airline, manufacturer, and suppliers. We worked with a leading MRO provider to deploy smart glasses to help increase efficiencies and reduced downtime. The deployment allowed for remote help and inspection to deliver on the goal of reduced travel costs and time the aircraft is on the ground.

Remote Assistance Software 

Working with leading remote assistance software to improve customer success and revenue. When challenged with expanding their business and client deployments, we delivered a plan to help increase billable solutions and expand deployments with existing customers.
